Branch Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, drive business growth, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in gold loan operations, sales, branch administration, team management, and customer relationship management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall operations and profitability of the branch.
• Drive branch sales and achieve monthly business targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Ensure accurate gold valuation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee gold loan processing, renewals, releases, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines (where applicable), and statutory regulations.
• Monitor branch cash management, security, and operational controls.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct local marketing and business development activities to increase branch visibility.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth branch operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of branch records, assets, and inventory.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
• 3–7 years of experience in Branch Management, preferably in the Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
• Experience in gold valuation and gold loan operations is highly preferred.
