AutoCAD Designer – Interior Lighting

Connex Corporation is seeking a creative and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing innovative interior lighting solutions that combine functionality with aesthetic excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting design projects while collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and detailed designs for interior lighting fixtures.

Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

Create technical drawings, shop drawings, and design documentation.

Coordinate with vendors for material sourcing, fabrication, and project execution.

Conduct site visits to supervise installation and ensure work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards.

Interact with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project objectives, and translate them into effective design solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining the highest design and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical Design, or a related field.

0–1 year of experience in AutoCAD drafting or design (Freshers with strong design skills are encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drafting.

Strong understanding of design detailing, technical drawings, and lighting fixture design.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with vendors, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Willingness to travel for site visits and project supervision when required.
