AutoCAD Draughtsman

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled ITI Tool & Die Maker with CAD Drafting expertise to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise engineering drawings and fabricating, maintaining, and repairing tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Read and interpret blueprint designs, engineering drawings, and structural schematics.
• Manufacture, assemble, and repair progressive dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Knowledge of conventional toolroom machinery.
• Inspect and measure finished components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure high accuracy.
• Troubleshoot toolroom issues and minimize production downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: ITI Certificate in Tool & Die Making OR Draftsman (Mechanical).
• Experience: [Insert years, e.g., 1 to 4 years] of experience in a manufacturing or toolroom environment.
• Software Skills: Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) or SolidWorks (3D).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of tool design, machining tolerances, and engineering materials.
