Job Description

Candidate Eligibility:

  • Graduate - B.Com or any Commerce Specialization
  • Preferred Qualified CA Inter (Articleship Completed)
  • 3 - 6 Years experience


Job Description includes:

  1. Handling accounts finalization of clients including post of Journal entries.
  2. TDS & TCS Computation on monthly basis
  3. Vouching Invoices and reviewing GST Returns Filing data
  4. Annual & Monthly GST Reconciliation, Computation and Returns filing
  5. Handling Audit Documentation for Audit cases including communication with clients
  6. Handling Secretarial or Drafting work for Corporates including Minutes, Board Meetings, and MCA Filings
  7. Submission of Routine documents by representation before tax authorities
  8. Preparing & Drafting Project Reports, Audit Reports and Confirmation letters / Documents for Certifications.
  9. Drafting Income Tax returns filing for Individuals & Non-Corporates
  10. Income Tax Returns data entry, review and filing including Sec.44AB Compliance for tax audit
  11. Incorporation and Registration of companies, non-corporates documentation and assistance
