Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions.
  • Create ad creatives using Canva.
  • Perform basic video editing for ad creatives.
  • Use ChatGPT and AI tools for ad copy, marketing ideas, and content creation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Business Manager.
  • Canva.
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar).
  • ChatGPT and AI tools for digital marketing.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA).


Interview RequirementCandidates must bring their work portfolio, including:

  • Meta Ads campaign results
  • Canva designs
  • Video editing samples
