Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain books of accounts (Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks) for multiple clients
  • Record and reconcile bank transactions, ledgers, and journal entries
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and vendor reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly MIS, trial balance, and financial statements
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and reconciliations
  • Support month-end/year-end closing and audit documentation
  • Coordinate with clients for data collection and query resolution
