Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic TeleMarketing Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities

·        Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

·        Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

·        Explain company products and services to customers.

·        Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.

·        Maintain customer details and update call records.

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·        Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

·        Build and maintain good customer relationships.

·        Conduct telemarketing activities and promotional campaigns.

·        Coordinate with the field sales and internal teams when required.

·        Prepare daily and regular sales activity reports.

Eligibility & Skills

·        10th or PUC in any discipline.

·        Fresher are welcome to apply.

·        Excellent communication and convincing skills.

·        Good communication skills in Marathi or Assamese or Malay alum or Bengali and English. Knowledge of additional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Marathi, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.

·        Basic computer knowledge.

·        Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

·        Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.
