Job Description
Lead and manage a team of telesales executives / Prefferably Sales Team
Monitor daily team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
Motivate, coach, and guide team members to improve productivity.
Conduct team briefings and provide regular feedback.
Track attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure quality standards and process compliance are maintained.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Maintain high team morale and reduce attrition.
