Job Description


Suyana Experiences is looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to manage customer enquiries, bookings, and daily operations for our curated travel experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with guests and local partners.
  • Manage trip registrations and operational logistics.
  • Ensure smooth execution of experiences.


Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English & Kannada.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, MS Office).
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Passion for travel and nature.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
  • Willing to work on weekends.
