Job Description
You'll be our first voice to prospective clients. Your only job: call inbound leads, understand their credit situation, and lock in a consultation call with our credit expert. No hard selling: you're qualifying and scheduling.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make 20-25 outbound calls per day to leads generated through ad campaigns.
2. Ask qualifying questions to understand each prospect's credit-related concerns.
3. Schedule 20-minute consultation appointments on the team calendar.
4. Record all call outcomes in the Google Sheet or CRM.
5. Follow up with prospects who do not answer or request to reschedule.
