Job Description

BASIC Home Loan is looking for energetic and target-driven Relationship Managers to drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing business through builders, brokers, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Home Loan and LAP business through various sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, connectors, and customers.
  • Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
  • Coordinate with banks, housing finance companies, and internal teams for smooth processing.
  • Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and channel partners.
  • Desired Candidate Profile1–4 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Housing Finance, or Banking Sales.
  • Strong network of builders, brokers, DSAs, and channel partners preferred.
  • Good understanding of Home Loan products and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
