Job Description

  • Generate leads through referrals, digital platforms, cold calling, and walk-ins.
  • Qualify prospective customers based on their budget and property requirements.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.
  • Schedule and accompany clients on site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and booking updates.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM daily.
  • Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and site visit targets.
  • Assist customers with booking documentation and loan coordination.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and new launches.
