Customer Relations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Explain vehicle models, features, pricing, finance, and exchange offers.

* Generate and qualify leads.

* Schedule showroom visits and test rides.

* Follow up with customers until the sale is closed.

* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

* Update customer details in CRM and maintain accurate records.

* Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience in tele sales (automobile experience preferred)/ freshers are also preferred who are interested

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

* Fluency in Kannada and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

2. Tele Service Executive (Service Department)

Job Responsibilities:

* Call customers to schedule vehicle service appointments.

* Remind customers about periodic service, free service, and warranty schedules.

* Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.

* Inform customers about service offers, AMC packages, and campaigns.

* Coordinate with Service Advisors for appointment scheduling.

* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

* Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.

* Meet daily calling and appointment booking targets.

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience in customer service or telecalling (automobile experience preferred)/ freshers are also preferred who are interested

* Good communication and customer handling skills.

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

* Fluency in Kannada and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
