Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Explain Platinum Rx products and services to prospective clients.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare/pharmaceutical products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on sales activities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
