Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Hands-on experience with the EPFO and ESIC portals.
  • Good understanding of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, gratuity, bonus and other statutory requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF formulas, SUMIF/SUMIFS and payroll reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of attendance, leave and payroll systems.
  • Good understanding of employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Ability to prepare HR letters, reports and employee documentation.
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and employee-handling skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling payroll and employee data.
  • Ability to work independently and complete activities within defined deadlines.
