Job Description
Role
Own end-to-end hiring for our field sales and support teams across India, with speed and low cost-per-hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire across the company - field sales roles (TSI, ASM, RSM, promoters) pan-India, plus Head Office roles in accounts, supply chain, marketing, design and support.
- Build and maintain a ready pipeline for high-attrition field roles; keep TAT under 21 days
- Source via Naukri, WorkIndia, Apna, LinkedIn, referrals and local consultants; negotiate consultant terms
- Screen for consumer electronics / FMCG / mobile accessories channel-sales background
- Coordinate interviews with RSMs and founders; manage salary negotiation and offer roll-out
- Complete documentation, reference checks, and onboarding; maintain the hiring MIS
- Support HR ops - attendance, offer letters, exit formalities
Requirements
- 1- 3 years recruitment experience, preferably field sales / distribution / retail hiring
- Comfortable hiring at volume across multiple states
- Working knowledge of English,Hindi, Kannada; Telugu or Tamil a strong plus
- Strong on Excel and job portals
- Startup pace - takes ownership, follows up hard, no hand-holding
