Driver Cum Office Boy

About the RoleJanani Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and responsible Office Boy cum Driver to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining office cleanliness, driving company personnel for official work, and assisting with general administrative tasks.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDriving DutiesDrive company staff for official meetings, site visits, and other office-related travel.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time.
• Follow all traffic rules and maintain a safe driving record.
• Maintain vehicle documents and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Office & Housekeeping DutiesClean and maintain office premises daily.
• Keep workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas neat and hygienic.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle courier dispatches, document deliveries, and bank-related work.
• Purchase office supplies and maintain pantry stock.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and shifting office materials whenever required.
• Support staff with day-to-day office activities and miscellaneous tasks.
• Candidate RequirementsValid LMV Driving Licence (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru roads and routes.
• Physically fit and willing to perform housekeeping and office support duties.
• Honest, disciplined, punctual, and well-mannered.
• Basic communication skills in Kannada or Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Willing to stay in the accommodation provided by the company.
• Preferred SkillsBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Experience working in a corporate office or commercial establishment.
