Job Title: Debt Recovery Executive


Job Summary:

We're looking for a Debt Recovery Executive to recover outstanding debts from customers. You'll contact customers, negotiate payments, and find solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Contact customers with overdue payments

- Negotiate payments and document agreements

- Meet daily/weekly collection targets

- Work with team to resolve complex cases


Requirements:


- 1+ years of experience in debt recovery or collections

- Good communication skills (English + local language)

- Basic computer skills

- Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset
