Business Development & Sales Executive

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand international business for medical devices(Human & veterinary).
• Identify and appoint distributors in international markets.
• Handle international B2B sales and business development.
• Build long-term relationships with distributors, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and government buyers.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, export documentation, and pricing.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics and regulatory teams.
• Achieve export sales targets.
• Represent the company in international exhibitions and trade fairs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business.
• Experience in Medical Devices is mandatory.
• Experience handling West African markets is mandatory.
• Prior international travel to West Africa is preferred.
• Experience appointing distributors and channel partners.
• Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Has travelled to West African countries for business.
• Has an existing network of distributors in West Africa.
• Willing to travel internationally.
• Holds a valid passport.
