About the RoleCore Campus Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to help promote our training and internship programs. This role is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and business development.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential students and clients through calls, emails, and social media.
• Explain our courses, internships, and training programs.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule counseling sessions and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Support the sales and marketing team in promotional activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
• RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Any Stream).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred SkillsSales or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good presentation and persuasion skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to meet targets.
