We are looking for a result-oriented BDE to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

- Identify and generate new leads through calls, meetings, and networking

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Present and pitch company services/products to potential clients

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and client servicing

- Maintain CRM and daily reporting of activities

####*Requirements*

- 0-3 years experience in Business Development / Sales preferred

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident

- Graduate in any field

- *Fixed Salary*: 35,000 per month

- *Incentives*: Up to 1,00,000 per month based on performance

- *Total Earning Potential*: 35,000 + 1,00,000
