Key Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and client relationship management. • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Stay updated with market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. • Collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless project execution. • Mentor and guide junior executives when required, preparing yourself for a future leadership role. • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and accurate reporting via CRM tools. Qualifications & Skills • Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in both product & Services sales. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team. • Leadership qualities with a strong ambition to grow into a Team Leader position. • Minimum Graduation in any degree is compulsory.
