Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate Life Insurance business through assigned bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and Bank Sales Teams.
• Generate leads and convert bank customers into Life Insurance customers.
• Explain suitable Protection, Savings, Investment, Retirement and Life Insurance solutions to customers.
• Handle cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing bank customers.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain regular coordination with the bank branch team for business generation.
• Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance processes.
• Maintain daily sales activity and business reports.
• Ensure good customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Candidate Profile:-

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months into BFSI/NBFC/ Life Insurance/Banking
• Bancassurance experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work with bank branch teams and generate business.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred.
