Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor with strong knowledge of the Overseas Education industry. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their academic and career goals, and guiding them through the complete overseas education process.

Key Responsibilities

·       Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.

·       Understand student profiles and recommend suitable programs based on their academic and career goals.

·       Guide students through the complete admission process.

·       Provide information on university applications, documentation, eligibility, and deadlines.

·       Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the application journey.

·       Achieve counselling and admission targets.

·       Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database.

·       Coordinate with internal teams and university representatives when required.

Required Skills

·       2+ years of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad counselling.

·       Strong knowledge of international universities, courses, and admission processes.

·       Excellent counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·       Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

·       Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
