Job Description

Job Summary:

The Salon Manager is responsible for managing the salon's daily operations, leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining hygiene standards, handling inventory, and ensuring smooth salon operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily salon operations.
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Manage appointments and staff schedules.
  • Maintain inventory and stock.
  • Ensure salon cleanliness and SOP compliance.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports.
