Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive to manage multiple debt recovery accounts across assigned locations.
- Visit customers as per the allocated cases.
- Handle multiple recovery accounts efficiently.
- Negotiate and collect overdue payments.
- Update visit reports and collection status on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager and ensure timely follow-up.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the field and achieve collection targets.
- Prior experience in debt recovery or field collections will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications for reporting.
