Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding loan and financial products.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and basic terms to customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Understand customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the Sales / Credit team.
  • Maintain daily calling records and update lead status in the company's system/CRM.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up on pending documents and loan applications when required.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with existing and prospective customers.
  • Candidate ProfileFemale candidates with good communication skills are preferred.
  • Freshers can apply; previous experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, insurance or finance will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
  • Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
  • Confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Good convincing and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Comfortable working with calling targets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn financial products.
