Job Title: Service Engineer

​Position Summary :-

​We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients regarding technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely, efficient, and professional technical services both on-site and remotely.

​Key Responsibilities :-

​Installation & Commissioning:- Perform professional installation, setup, and configuration of equipment/systems at client sites, ensuring all safety standards and operational requirements are met.

​Maintenance & Repair:- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and respond to emergency breakdown calls. Diagnose technical issues, repair faulty components, and perform system upgrades.

​Technical Support:- Provide expert troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote diagnostic tools.

​Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service visits, repairs, and installations. Prepare detailed service reports and update maintenance logs.

​Customer Training:- Educate clients and end-users on the proper operation, safety protocols, and basic maintenance of the equipment.

​Product Feedback:- Act as a bridge between the field and the engineering/product team by reporting recurring technical issues or suggesting product design improvements based on field experience.

​Compliance:- Adhere strictly to company health, safety, and quality standards, as well as industry regulations.

​Required Qualifications

​Education:- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or a related field).

​Technical Skills:-

​Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

​Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

​Experience with testing equipment and hand tools.

​Soft Skills:
