Service Coordinator
Job Description🎯 :- Job Summary
We are looking for an organized Service Coordinator to manage service schedules, handle client inquiries, and support daily operational workflows.
- 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & Dispatching: Assign and schedule field technicians or staff for service requests.
- Client Communication: Handle client calls/emails, confirm appointments, and provide status updates.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve delays or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of service requests, work orders, and feedback using CRM software or Excel.
- Team Coordination: Liaise between clients, field staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 💡 Key Requirements & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, operations, or administration.
