Senior Accountant

• Senior Accountant (5–7 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Service Industry Experience Mandatory
• Handle end-to-end accounting operations using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, including return filing.
• Record and verify Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, and Contra Entries.
• Prepare and process Customer Invoices, Billing, and Purchase Entries.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and Accounts Payable (Creditors).
• Prepare and manage Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and reconcile all ledger accounts.
• Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in the Service Industry (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Sales Accounting, Purchase Accounting, Billing, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
