Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
• Process salary, full & final settlements, leave encashment, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Gratuity, etc.).
• Handle employee insurance, renewals, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Conduct employee induction, training coordination, performance reviews, and PMS support.
• Prepare and update job descriptions, HR policies, and employee communication.
• Organize employee engagement, welfare activities, and community initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and support employee lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with management on HR administration and compliance.
• Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management
