Recruit Advisors: Financial Advisors aur Insurance Agents ko recruit aur onboard karna.
Lead & Support: Team ko regular guide, train, aur motivate karna taaki wo targets acheive kar sakein.
Drive Sales: Advisors ke through business generate karna aur monthly sales targets achieve karna.
Training: Team ko products, sales strategy, aur field support ke liye guide karna.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI / Banking / NBFC / Life Insurance / Direct Sales.
Skills: Strong networking, communication skills, aur team handling capability.
