Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager – Banca Channel (Insurance)

Job Summary:The Banca Channel role involves selling life insurance products through partnered bank branches. The candidate acts as a link between the bank and the insurance company, focusing on generating business from the bank’s existing customer base.



  • Key Responsibilities:Generate insurance business through allocated bank branches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff (Branch Managers, RMs, etc.)
  • Identify potential customers from walk-in and existing bank clients
  • Cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct customer meetings and provide financial/insurance advice
  • Support bank staff in lead generation and conversion
  • Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance process
  • Provide after-sales service and assist in claims if required
  • Participate in branch activities, sales campaigns, and promotions
