Job Description
*Key Responsibilities*
* Collect, clean, and validate sales or performance data from various sources.
* Prepare incentive reports based on predefined incentive policies and structures.
* Calculate monthly/quarterly/annual incentives accurately and in a timely manner.
* Analyze performance trends and highlight discrepancies or data anomalies.
* Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Finance teams for data reconciliation and approval of payout reports.
* Ensure compliance with incentive policies and maintain documentation for audits.
* Automate incentive calculation processes using Excel tools, macros, or BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Prepare dashboards and MIS reports to support management decision-making.
* Handle employee queries related to incentive payouts.
