Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and confident *Medical Counsellor* to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide patients, build trust, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

 Key Responsibilities

* Counsel patients and collect relevant medical and personal information.

* Visit hospitals to meet and interact with patients.

* Explain the company's healthcare services and encourage patients to connect with the company's executive for detailed consultation.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through regular interaction.

* Collect, update, and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

* Coordinate with company executives to ensure timely patient follow-ups.

* Provide a professional, empathetic, and patient-centric experience at all times.

* Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to company policies.

* Prepare daily visit reports and update patient status in the system.

 Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

* Strong interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building skills.

* Willingness to travel locally to hospitals for patient interactions.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

* Positive attitude with a compassionate and professional approach toward patients.
