Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
2. Identify client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
3. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
4.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
5.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
6.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
7.Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover.
8. Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
9. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
10. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
3. Ability to generate leads and close deals.
4. Good presentation and client relationship management skills.
5. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
