Sales Executive

Job SummaryThe Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting plastic extrusion machinery, understanding customer manufacturing requirements, preparing techno-commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through cold calling, industrial visits, exhibitions, digital platforms, and references.
• Identify customers in the plastic processing industry, including PVC, HDPE, LDPE, CPVC, and other extrusion segments.
• Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable machinery.
• Conduct technical discussions and machine presentations with customers.
• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and cost calculations.
• Follow up regularly with prospects until order closure.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams for technical clarifications.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain customer data and update CRM or sales reports.
• Visit customer plants for meetings, machine trials, and order discussions.
• Support machine installation planning and maintain customer relationships after delivery.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery or capital equipment sales.
