Are you passionate about recruitment and building high-performing sales teams? We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive or HR Intern to join our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while working in a fast-paced telecom sales environment.

About the Role as an HR Executive / HR Intern, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented sales professionals for our telecom sales process. You will play a key role in helping us build a strong in-house team that drives business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct HR telephonic screening and coordinate interview schedules.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to understand hiring requirements.
• Hire candidates for Telecom Sales, B2B Sales, Customer Support, and related positions.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies across multiple hiring platforms.
• Support employee engagement activities and maintain HR documentation.
• Help improve recruitment strategies to reduce hiring time and increase quality of hires.
• Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers and HR Interns are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage.
• Experience hiring Sales Executives, Telecalling Executives, or BPO professionals is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
