About the Role

Genius Bridge Technologies LLC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to build a career in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have experience working with US Citizens (USC) and Green Card (GC) consultants and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and place bench consultants with Prime Vendors, Vendors, and Direct Clients.
• Work with US Citizen (USC) and Green Card (GC) consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Submit consultant profiles to suitable client requirements.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Follow up with clients and consultants throughout the recruitment process.
• Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Meet individual and team placement targets.
• Provide timely updates to consultants regarding marketing activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or US IT Staffing.
• Hands-on experience working with US Citizens (USC) and Green Card (GC) consultants.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work in the US shift.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of US IT Staffing and Bench Sales processes.
• Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Understanding of W2 and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) employment models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
