Job Description

Recruit and deploy manpower (Housekeeping, Security, Helpers, etc.

Conduct candidate sourcing and joining formalities.

Ensure timely manpower fulfillment as per client requirements.

Visit client sites for manpower deployment and operational support.

Handle attendance, replacements, and employee grievances.

Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements.

Maintain recruitment and deployment MIS reports.

Ensure discipline and smooth site operations.
