Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Finance Executive to manage daily accounting activities, financial records, and compliance requirements. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, taxation support, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense statements
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations regularly
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
• Maintain records for audits and coordinate with auditors
• Monitor expenses and assist in budget tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.)
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 6 Month to 1 years of experience in accounts or finance roles (freshers may apply with good knowledge)
