We have an ongoing vacancy for Production Manager – Corporate Events with a leading organization specializing in Exhibition Stall Design and Event Management services.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee end-to end production for corporate events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in event production, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and project management, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage end-to-end production for corporate events and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Oversee on-site installation, execution, and dismantling activities.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Plan and monitor production schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Supervise exhibition stall fabrication and event setup.
• Review and manage corporate event element sheets and production plans.
• Negotiate with vendors to optimize costs and ensure timely cost closure.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and production records.
• Resolve production issues and ensure smooth execution on event days.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to meet client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality guidelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

• Hindi communication: Mandatory

• Clear communication and documentation discipline

• Willingness to work on-site and during event days
