Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper handling of medical equipment.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding basic care and instructions.
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs and nursing standards.
