Job Description
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Help patients move safely (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to stretcher, walking assistance).
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) if trained.
Assist patients with feeding and hydration.
Change bed linens and maintain patient cleanliness.
Ensure patient rooms are clean, organized, and comfortable.
