Human Resources Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sourcing: Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for on-site rig operations (e.g., Drillers, HSE officers, Floormen) and corporate functions.
• Channel Management: Post job openings on major portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Headhunting: Actively headhunt for specialized, niche technical roles specific to upstream oilfield services.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate multi-stage interviews between candidates and departmental hiring managers.
• Onboarding Support: Coordinate document verification, offer letter generation, and medical check-ups for field deployments.
• Database Maintenance: Maintain and update an active talent pipeline database to ensure zero downtime for rig shift budgets and manning plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Infrastructure, or Heavy Engineering sectors.
• Job Portal Mastery: Proven expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media channels to hire blue-collar and white-collar professionals.
• Niche Knowledge: Basic understanding of oilfield terminology (e.g., Drilling, Workover Rigs, HSE compliance, shift planning) is a huge plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to connect effectively with candidates from diverse regional backgrounds.
• Negotiation: Proven salary negotiation and candidate relationship-building skills.
