- Assist with the development of CRC investment proposals and business cases, including problem statements, benefits, risks, cost summaries, decision points and approval materials.
- Prepare high-quality committee presentations, leadership updates, board or audit committee inputs and other executive reporting materials as required.
- Support the CRC reporting cadence, including gathering updates, validating inputs, maintaining action trackers and converting operational detail into concise management insight.
- Help maintain CRC functional plans, OKRs or delivery summaries, ensuring key priorities, dependencies, risks and decisions are captured and easy to track.
- Produce analysis and visual summaries covering finance, procurement, programme status, recruitment, vendor activity, operational metrics and functional performance.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of CRC operating processes, documentation standards, reporting products and stakeholder communications.
Who you'll be working with:
This is an excellent opportunity to join the new CRC Risk & Strategy team and help build the operational discipline that supports a global cyber, risk and compliance function. The role offers exposure to senior leadership, functional budgeting, procurement, investment planning, committee reporting and strategic initiatives, while contributing to more automated, data-led and professional operating practices across CRC
What you'll need:
- Experience in business operations, strategy support, finance coordination, procurement support, programme reporting, PMO, technology operations or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working with budgets, cost data, vendor information, trackers, reporting inputs and management information.
- Excellent PowerPoint and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise and professional executive materials.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data, reconciliations, status tracking and financial or operational summaries.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines across recurring reporting cycles.
- Commercial awareness and willingness to develop understanding of functional budgeting, procurement, investment approvals and benefits tracking.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with Finance, Procurement, delivery teams, CRC leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate operational detail into concise insight, highlighting issues, decisions required, risks, opportunities and next steps.
