Job Description:
Personal Shoppers provide expert advice and give the highest level of customized and personal customer service possible to individual shoppers by providing advanced knowledge of products, services, and trends. Delights customers via high standards in service, sales and every retail operation.

Key ResponsibilitiesInbound & Receiving OperationsReceive merchandise from DCs, vendors, and inter‑store transfers.
Verify received stock against invoices, transfer slips, and system GRNs.
Ensure correct quantity, quality, and SKU matching during receipt.
Coordinate timely unloading and movement of goods to designated areas.
Inventory & Documentation ControlEnsure accurate system inwarding in ERP (SAP or equivalent).
Maintain proper documentation: invoices, delivery challans, GRNs.
Highlight discrepancies such as shortages, excess, or damages immediately.
Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams for discrepancy resolution.
Storage & HandlingEnsure proper stacking, labeling, and storage as per brand/category SOP.
Follow FIFO and handling norms to prevent damages or losses.
Maintain receiving bay cleanliness, safety, and organization.
