Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, driving sales, maintaining store presentation standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the store.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Promote loyalty programs and ongoing offers.
  • Maintain merchandise displays and store cleanliness.
  • Handle customer queries, billing, exchanges, and returns.
  • Support stock replenishment and inventory activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
  • 0-2 years of retail/customer service experience (Freshers can apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
