As we expand across India, launch new stores, and roll out fresh collections weekly, we’re reimagining what modern ethnic wear can look and feel like — inclusive, comfortable, stylish, and accessible.We are looking for a passionate and proactive Retail Training Manager who understands the nuances of Indian ethnic wear and has hands-on experience in training store teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about field work, creating effective training content, and building people capability on the shopfloor.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training programs covering product knowledge, customer experience, ethnic wear styling, SOPs, and sales techniques.
Understand the brand’s ethos and effectively communicate it to the frontline and store teams.
Conduct regular store visits to assess team performance, identify training needs, and offer on-ground coaching.
Create presentations, assessments, and visual learning aids tailored to store roles.
Drive training for new joiners, along with refresher programs for existing staff.
Collaborate with retail and HR teams to align training plans with business objectives.
Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPIs like conversion rates and customer feedback.
Build a culture of learning and growth within the retail team.


What We're Looking For:2–3 years of experience in retail training, preferably in fashion or ethnic wear brands.
Strong understanding of Indian wear fabrics, fits, and styling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel frequently to stores across cities.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and basic design tools (optional but a plus).
Self-driven, people-oriented, and organized.

About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Support Agent to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and accurately to er queries custom via chats and calls, and reach out to customers proactively wherever required.
Gather valuable customer feedback and insights through calls and share notes with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Update internal databases with information related to technical issues and productive discussions with customers, ensuring a seamless support experience.
Monitor customer complaints on social media platforms and promptly reach out to provide resolutions, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Coordinate with Delivery Partners to ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of products, proactively addressing any logistical challenges that may arise.
Connecting with the reporting manager or highlighting cases for faster resolution or escalated or long pending issues.

Key Qualification & skills
6 months to 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or Chat Support role.

Good typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and attentive Trial Room Associate to manage the trial room section of our retail store. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, assisting customers, maintaining hygiene, and providing an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers entering the trial room area.
Allocate trial rooms, track garment count, and ensure security of merchandise.
Assist customers with sizes, styling queries, and product availability.
Ensure trial rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Handle garments responsibly (removing pins, hangers, folding of clothes).
Coordinate with sales executives for quick product exchanges or size changes.
