Job Description

Uniray Life Sciences is looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmaceutical Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing telecalling.

  • Key Responsibilities Generate leads for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing.
  • Preference will be given to candidate who has worked in Ayurvedic or Veterinary Medicine Manufacturing company/ PCD company.
  • Make outbound calls to doctors, distributors, stockists, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Explain company products and manufacturing services to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical telecalling.
  • Experience in PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
